John David Mills, 3. Montgomery County faces 1. He already faced one count of filming a nude person without their consent and two felony counts of possessing marijuana with intent to distribute it, the latter connected to items found in a search of his home. Mills was in Montgomery County General District Court on Thursday seeking bail on the new charges. Judge Gino Williams said Mills could remain free while awaiting trial if he posted a $2. Windsor Hills apartment complex and the alleged victims, not having computers or other electronic recording devices in his home, and undergoing random drug and alcohol screens.
Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Patrick Jensen said during Thursday’s hearing that Mills told investigators he’d secretly videoed more than 2. Windsor Hills in the past year, telling them “I have a problem. This is an addiction.”The initial charges against Mills, filed in March, touched off an uproar in Windsor Hills, with Blacksburg police trying to identify the women in videos they collected from Mills’ home.
An assault and battery charge is pending against a roommate of one of the apartment complex staff after the roommate allegedly shoved a victim of the videos. Mills worked in Windsor Hills for nearly 1. David Rhodes of Christiansburg said Thursday. Watch Taking Off Online Fandango here. According to a search warrant filed in the case — and to residents who have spoken about their interactions with him — Mills would say that he needed to work on women’s bathrooms and leave behind a spy watch equipped with a tiny video camera. He would return later to say that he’d forgotten his watch and retrieve it, the warrant and residents said in interviews with The Roanoke Times. Jensen said the breaking and entering charges relate to Mills entering residences under false pretenses rather than to a more standard break- in. Rachel Abbott, a Virginia Tech student and Windsor Hills resident, said that her three roommates are among the women identified in the videos.
Speaking to The Roanoke Times last week before the new charges were filed, Abbott said that she has been waiting for officers to tell her that she was caught on camera as well.“Last summer we had a bunch of shower problems, and I’m thinking now a lot of that was fabricated,” Abbott said. Once, after Mills worked in the apartment’s bathroom, “I remember there was a watch in the shower” among the shampoo bottles, Abbott said. She said that she discovered the watch while showering and didn’t think anything of it, even after Mills came back to say he’d taken it off while working and accidentally left it.
Now she wonders if investigators will find her among what one victim described as more than 1. It’s really unsettling,” Abbott said. In court Thursday, Jensen said that a resident reported Mills after he came back to pick up his watch from her apartment and she noticed the watch didn’t seem to be working — and had a tiny hole in it.
With Mills waiting outside the apartment, she looked up the watch online and found it was a surveillance device equipped with a camera. She took a picture of the watch, returned it to Mills and called police.
Officers got a search warrant for Mills’ house and car that day and seized two spy watches and numerous electronic devices from Mills’ home. Mills admitted making the videos, telling investigators that he was sick and a horrible person, Jensen said. Mills said that he had 2. Jensen said. Mills said all the women he recorded were adults and that he had not uploaded any of the videos to the internet, Jensen said. When officers began reviewing the videos, “there were numerous individuals in the bathroom and shower,” Jensen said.
Officers used images of shower curtain patterns and other bathroom furnishings to help discover who was in the videos. There may be more charges filed as additional women are identified, Jensen said. Watch The Holiday Online Free HD. Watch Nightcrawler Online.

Kucker said the watch “got a full video of me showering.”She said Mills showed up at her apartment to say that her bathroom was leaking into the unit below. After inspecting the bathroom, he said that he would have to shut off the water to make repairs, but that he would give her some time to take a shower before he did so. Later, Mills came back to say he’d forgotten his watch, Kucker said.
