Instead of watching this one here, I recommend the Halloween special from 7 years later, so far the last entry to the mega- successful franchise. That one is quite a lot of fun and even a bit creepy, but not too much. Shrek 4- D" is not really a must- see unless you are one of the biggest fans of the franchise under the sun.
